Honest, Professional, and Truly Looking Out for the Homeowner. If you’re considering a roofing company, The Roofing Company of Tampa Bay is the one you want. I highly recommend them! I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this roofing company. My contact person, Evan, was incredibly professional, responsive, and kept me updated every step of the way. During the process, they discovered an issue with spray foam insulation in our attic that could have impacted both ventilation and the manufacturer’s warranty on our shingles. Instead of just pushing forward to collect the final payment, they took the time to crawl through our attic, assess the ventilation, explain the problem clearly, and offer solutions. They absolutely could have kept quiet about it, but their honesty and commitment to doing things the right way really stood out. They followed through on every recommendation and made sure the corrections were done properly before the final payment was made. I am so grateful I listened to a friend who suggested I give this company a try — I already had three quotes and was ready to choose someone else. Not only did they work with me on pricing, but they were transparent with timelines and delivered exactly what they promised. They also did a great job cleaning up, including picking up the majority of the nails. Professional, honest, and dedicated to quality work!

Can’t say enough great things about the job they did on my house last week. From start to finish, everyone from the admin team, to the crew installing and the project manager were all very polite, honest and up front about the project. They knocked out 4,500sqft in 2 days! My pool patio, bird cage, flower garden, a/c, garage doors were all protected from the demolition. It looks like they were never even here except for the beautiful new Owens Corning Onyx Black roof that was installed. 10/10 recommend!
