TammyCalled to get some information and spoke with a representative by the name of Monica. She was absolutely rude and unprofessional. She was unwilling to provide simple information on a company that she works for and directed me to an 800 number. The lack of training and focus on customer experience is evident. Monica is a terrible representation of the the FedEx brand.
NoProblym GamingThey don’t unload in the weekend. If you get here sat-sun you might as well take your time because they will not unload till Monday. People that work there are helpful and friendly. But there is a light skeleton crew in the weekends.

When I called customer service asking if I could get a call an hour in advance when the product was supposed to be at the warehouse, I was told there would be an extra charge (even though we had to pay for 16 man hours for an order that never arrived.). They finally made it right after 2 days on the phone.
