Well what a bunch of idiots FedEx used to be good where they wouldn't leave a package if no one was home, know it's at the discretion of the driver so these clowns delivered a package wrong house and the delivery was done at 2219 I'm like seriously it's Christmas packages are being shipped and know I have to run after this stupid company got compensation Congratulations on being so stupid and losing a parcel, thankfully Canada post is working again there prices are reasonable your prices are 3 times more expensive and you loss packages

The location at Lachine Qc is running by clowns who dont know nothing about transportations/truck & trailers maintenance , honestly nobody are competent over there end of the story !!! I’ve been a highway driver there for one years doing Lachine Ac to Rotterdam NY to Kachine Qc on a daily basis Monday to Friday ….. preventive maintenance on their equipments past due for like 6+ months , the girl (Vicky) responsible of the brokers and maintenance and his fleet maintenance director (Andreas) both of them was completely incompetent and has no idea what’s a pitman arm or a hug bolt as example 😂 , about the incredible dispatch mmmmmm = load never ready on time , 80% of the time stuck at the US custom port of entry of Champlain with tons of issues (IT bond not processed, wrong entry, missing info in certain shipments, wrong values, miss-match, wrong US port of entry , if you’re running out of time because I’ve spent 6hrs fixing their mistakes at the US customs instead of sending g you another driver as back-up they told you on the phone have a good night and seeya tomorrow (completely careless about the 40+ shipments you hauling and the timeframe delivery) , no communication between the terminals (Lachine/Rotterdam) etc…etc…. I used to have a way much better relationship with the staff working at the terminal of Rotterdam NY than the clowns at Lachine Qc. The branch manager (John) was a pathetic yes man without any kind of drive !!! The complete opposite of a real leadership Giving one star is already too much in my book but this is the lowest I can gov, in reality my score should be -7 on a scale of 1 to 5 😂

Poor Freight customer service from Pickering, ON Depot. I understand delays can happen which is no problem but LYING to your customers telling them that either the shipper or receiver made an appointment for delivery which delays shipments by a day or weekend is an unacceptable and shady practice. We've lost many hours for wages for staff who were scheduled to receive confirmed orders that don't arrive because they get bumped at the depot. Very frustrating.

This place was hard to find - the Google Maps directions took me down Avenue Chartier, which is incorrect. And since the service road off of 520 is one-way, it took a while to get back to the correct address (the lot is gated with a security guard right off the 520 service drive). Overall though, I was able to retrieve a very important package on a Saturday at 6:30am, which saved quite a few days of progress that would have been lost on our current project. I also don't speak any French whatsoever, so I appreciate their patience with me. I met my contact Martin at the address and received the package without issue. Thanks Martin!
