At least attempt to deliver. You always do not actually deliver the parcel, it’s ridiculous. I don't know how you get away with this… for priority overnight too. Completely ridiculous.

They are really not good at delivering… they will attempt twice for a very cheap package, but they don’t bother to call you when they come, it is not the first time that i stay home to receive my package they come Twice, Twice!!! But they don’t bother to call the number on the package….. worst delivery system ever….. this much security is not necessary for a simple 50 CAD home appliance packages….

Horrible service. They say they tried to deliver a package and they were never there. This has happened multiple times. UPS and DHL *never* have this issue, it's always FedEx.

Good service! Too much security and far away from the city center. It would be a good idea to specify what we can and can’t drop off in service centres like Staples.
