FedEx Home Delivery

not open 24 hours. FedEx phone line just redirects to the same robot phone service, which is extremely unhelpful in regard to anything. Delivery services have repeatedly failed to deliver multiple packages, and even the same package multiple times.

Wasn’t home for a package that needed a signature. We didn’t know it needed a signature. So we use the door tag to try to locate the package and FedEx has no record of the door tag. Facility says open 24hrs but the phones say their closed. Our only option is to drive 40 minutes to pick up the package or have someone come stay at our house to sign for it.👎🏻FedEx! If it’s not your drivers it’s always something..

Attempted delivery of a package, that went far slower than the expected ebay USPS Priority shipping, while I was home but nobody was home? How about driver didn't like our hill or was tired and just marked "attempted delivery" is more realistic, since had they attempted delivery jt would have been delivered today when we opened out door after doorbell had rung (had it ever been pressed!). Been a driver and know it's that people mark "attempted delivery" when they, in fact, never attempted delivery--though I never was that unethical to ever be less than 100% truthful always, so never, ever, did that myself. Guess I wave to wait another day to get my package...awesome [sarcasm]. Upon calling the local warehouse via phone, I began to tell them my issue and was immediately transfered (without any conversation on their part) to someone in another country--way to sideline the issue in a very unethical way, FedEx Salem!
