We arrived 10 minutes before closing. The attendant was initially helpful, answering our questions and retrieving our order. But when we took a moment to decide on an extra item, they chose to use an excessively curt tone to say it was past closing. I am not sure what is going on in the life in the individual working today, so perhaps they were dealing with something. I would however suggest attempting to take a softer tone communicating the closing time and need to lock up—you can still be assertive without being rude

I called them and asked them if they carry orthotics for shoes. They actua;lly said what are they? I had to explain to them. If you are a pharmacy you should at least know this even if you don't carry them,

So I’ve been using this pharmacy ever since the other Feldman's in Elkridge went down hill(2021). I just wanted it to be publicly known that you guys do good work every time we walk in I immediately look for the young gentleman in the back if he’s not running around non stop constantly having to do allot he will definitely give you his full attention and help us with whatever we need. Even if they don’t have it on the shelves they seem to get it back in very quickly, and almost always let me know when it’s in. Love your pharmacy and we greatly appreciate that hard working dedication of the young man he is very bright and from what he told me working in pharmacy’s since 14. I hope his boss sees him the way me and my wife does as the best pharmacy person I’ve ever met.

I have been using Feldman's Medical Center Pharmacy for several years. The previous owners were good , and the current owners are excellent! Feldman's offers a service level that's extremely high, particularly when compared with the Big Chain pharmacies. I'm able to call and speak directly with the pharmacist and discuss medications, prescriptions, available discounts, etc. Whenever I come to pick up my prescriptions they're always ready for me to pick up without any delay. The pharmacy staff is courteous and friendly and always helpful. If you are looking for a quality full service Pharmacy I would definitely recommend Feldman's Medical Center Pharmacy.
