I'm not a plumber but I needed some tube insulation they had in stock. Great prices. I witnessed incredible service happen to other customers. One guy has a problem, guy behind the counter offers advice, other professional plumbers inline start talking about the best way to fix his issue. Staff was friendly and pulled my items quick. For parts you go around to the loading dock side, not the front office area.

Called twice to make sure they had what I needed before I sent my helper up to pick up. 2 different people confirmed that " oh ya we carry several types." Sure enough after my helper gets there, " we don't carry those." So I'm out 100 bucks for all their non-sense and still don't have what I needed. Go to Winn Supply if your in Florida. Better pricing and much more knowledgeable about what they have in stock. If you go to fergusen you better bring a jar a Vaseline. Won't hurt as bad!!
