I was really holding out on doing this but the dealer has ultimately left me no choice as I have also now filed against them to the BBB. I recently purchased an Audi S5 from this dealer and traded in my F150 King Ranch. When I bought the car it was raining and the car was dirty due to all of the rain and road grime. A few days later once the weather cleared up I detailed the car and found that the driver rear quarter panel had botched up body work done. Now I know I checked the Carfax on the car before I bought it so I knew nothing had been reported so I contacted the dealer and they told me there was nothing they could do as they were not aware of any damage done to the vehicle. Let me say this, it's not hard to see it once the vehicle is cleaned up. The entire quarter panel has bondo all over it and the paint job was so bad that on the sail panel you can see where they didn't even blend it properly and it looks terrible. Next I decided to take the car to the Audi dealer to have service work done because the oil level was extremely low and the last service was done at you guessed it Tulsa Hyundai. While it was there I asked the advisor to provide me the service history and that's when I discovered the car had ANOTHER accident that was repaired. Only this one was repaired at Don Thornton Collision Center but that was atleast repaired properly. I contacted the Tulsa Hyundai to get this resolved because I paid full price for a car that SHOULD have a clean history but do they help me out? No they tell me "We didn't know but for your trouble we will fill up your gas tank". Are you kidding me? There is probably thousands of dollars worth of body work that needs to be done to correct the botched up body work that was done to the quarter panel and all you can do is give me a full tank of gas??? I sent the car to a professional detailer to have the paint corrected and that's when they told me that the quarter panel was far worse than I had thought. The entire quarter panel has bondo, the paint work was done poorly and has gas bubbles in the paint so ultimately those bubbles will end up opening and the metal underneath is going to be exposed and will require paint work yet again along with correcting the shoddy bondo job. The body work was done in such a poor way that there is overspray over the entire car and windows not to mention there are streaks in the paint that cannot be removed even with paint correction. The shop let me know that due to the condition of the work done that the paint will likely fail within a year. Great to know that I bought a luxury car, had botched up body work done, and then told basically "Oh well". I get this is a used car but you sold me a car that has very clearly been involved in an accident and sold it to me under the impression it had not had any accidents. UPDATE 09/16/25: I still have not received a response from the dealership on BBB or received any kind of communication. Since then my Audi has returned to the Audi dealer due to a coolant leak and will now need a new water pump, thermostat, bypass valve, vacuum lines, motor mounts, etc. Total cost for this repairs was $8774. Lastly I also want to note that when I bought my car I went in with pre-approval through Capital One and specifically told the dealer DO NOT push my credit through all of your lenders, I will only finance with Capital One. What did they do? They submitted my credit to every lender they work with. I’ve got probably 15 different letters in the mail from their lenders.

Chandler Cary did a great job helping me find a car that fits my needs. Im a rather large gentleman that lives on a gravel road. So I needed a small car that did not look terrible when it got dusty, that I could actually fit into. We looked at several and I ended up with the grey and black Kona SEL Sport AWD at a good price. Being six foot tall I fit quite comfortably once im inside 🤗. I am very happy with my purchase.

Great dealership everyone was very professional and polite. I purchased a new 2025 Venue and love it. Great warranty from Hyundai. I highly recommend talking to Matthew when you go to purchase a new Hyundai. He was great to deal with. He very polite and listened to my questions. He did a wonderful job explaining the features and the warranties on the vehicle. I will definitely go back to Matthew and Tulsa Hyundai.

This dealership is very dishonest with their internet pricing. We found their vehicles through our lenders website that works in conjunction with many different dealers. We found the vehicle we liked, and we looked on their website and found the same vehicle for the same price. Got financing to cover that price. After test driving and looking at several different options we decided on a specific vehicle because it fit our budget. When we sat down to do the paperwork the price for that model was $15,000 more than their website led us to believe. Their website says "final price" but that "final" price is after all the deductions. When I said "ok then give us those deductions" they informed us that they couldn't give us all of them because some of them contradict each other (i.e. purchase discount vs lease discount - can't get both). And we only qualified for $2,000 worth of those deductions. We showed them their own website, where it said final price and they flat out said they can not honor that price. I feel bad for the salesman, as he genuinely tried to help us but his hands were tied by a terrible business model and dishonest advertising. We have taken the information to our lender and encouraged them to remove this dealership from their "preferred" list.
