Electric hot water heater replacement. During the install the tech drained the old tank right next to the foundation of the house. Couldn't be bothered to connect a long enough hose to drain out to the grass. Water all over the cellar. Did the absolute bare minimum when it comes to hooking it up properly in a way the home owner would be happy with. I don't think its proper for the heater to be taken down the stairs via dolly bumping on each stair on the way. When I called and spoke to the owner he just said "I'll talk to him about it". I'm like buddy, I'm talking to you, you're the owner. You sent him out here to do it like this and it doesn't seem like the best standards and practices are being followed. He just ran away like a little baby. Probably a two star job but after talking to the owner demoted to one star. Now I have a 6 year warranty with this company and they are not looking out for the customer at all. I do not recommend them. If you have no choice, they are capable of doing the work but they won't do the right thing.

Recently had our hot water tank replaced. The gentlemen were very professional and efficient. Having it done in about an hour. Also, last summer had them fix a leaking pipe on our toilet, our outside garden hose tap and our hot water tap for the washer. Done in 20 minutes. Even extended our garden hose tap so it wasn’t so tight to the house. Was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend this company!

I recently had my furnace, air conditioner, air exchanger and fireplace replaced by Ferguson Plumbing, Heating & Electrical. The installers showed up on the date and time scheduled and got to work right away. Joel and Kruse were very professional and worked pretty steady for the 3 full days it took. I was very impressed with their work ethic and pleased that everything was cleaned up afterward. I would recommend Fergusons to everyone looking for any of these services. Thanks Joel and Kruse :)
