Iāve been a Ferguson Kia customer for almost 7 years. I was a little discouraged trying to find a vehicle due to knowing that I needed to save more money for a down payment, but I also knew how bad I needed a new car. I got a lot of encouragement from the greatest car salesman, Mr. Carlos. Iāve had 2 prior Kia vehicles from Ferguson Kia and all were sold to me by Carlos. He told me even though I wasnāt at my goal amount on a down payment to come into the dealership anyway to look around, get some information, test drive some vehicles and he will handle the rest. Carlos was very informative and he worked very hard to get me the best deal possible so that I could put down a reasonable downpayment and walk away with a brand new vehicle fresh off of the lot! He gave me lots of information about my new vehicle, some differences in features on the vehicle I purchased today vs the same vehicle of an older year that I had from them in the past and he even gave me great advice on ways to save money on gas! He definitely exceeded my expectations because my plan was to get information, yet he encouraged me to come in and he pushed to help me walk out with a brand new Kia! All of the staff are so welcoming and the manager CJ was very helpful as well! I recommend Ferguson Kia 100% for anyone who wants a great and new vehicle at an awesome price!! Tax time is around the corner, so if youāre looking for a reliable vehicle, Ferguson Kia is the place to go and Carlos is the best salesman to work with. He will make sure as a customer that you are satisfied with your purchase! š
Was fortunate enough to make my new purchase at Ferguson on NYE it was a long afternoon and the whole team was there late but didnāt bat an eye. Just purchased our new Telluride from this location and we couldnāt be happier. The online pricing is extremely transparent and fair. Working with Desmond was so easy and he made the entire process so seamless and enjoyable even as we were driving in from OKC just to look at this car. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, answered our questions well, and was not pushy in the least bit. Rob was extremely helpful working through the financing. He helped us through extended warranty selections and really worked to make sure we understood what we were selecting. Overall, this was one of the easiest, most enjoyable car shopping experiences. We highly recommend this dealership and their team!
Found a Ferguson Kia offered used 2013 RAV4 on Autotrader website. Pictures looked good and was priced in my looking range. When we went to see/drive the RAV4, Fergusonās Sales staff was friendly and Professional. That is why I did not give zero stars in this review⦠Unfortunately things took a rough turn when, after my wife and I took a test drive, sales person Mark explained their pricing was āpre-negotiatedā and at āwholesaleā pricing. This dealer is unwilling to address obvious issues with a lower price! Here are the issues that caused me to post this negative review. #1. Autotrader post does not warn viewers that Ferguson used car asking prices are non-negotiable; nor did I see where it reflects the additional $497 service fee required in all used car sales which goes to the dealer. #2. Their āSafety check list" does not consider a cracked windshield a safety issue. This vehicleās 18ā+ crack, in middle of windshield, was not shown in up close picture or disclosed in the overview. #3. their fixed price of $9,500, plus add $497 service fee put this vehicle near the High Dealer retail range based on Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds data. (Shown below) #4. Used Car Mgr CJ seemed to agree that the windshield was a safety issue and should have been disclosed. However, no offer of price reduction to cover its replacement was made to me. #5. Advertised as two owner car. Carfax details show 3. #6. Toyota recall, reflected in Carfax, to address/prevent possible fire, had not been addressed and would be buyerās responsibility. #7. This Dealer offers no military or Vet discounts. This experience will forever reinforce why I rarely consider a dealer offered car and would rather fly anywhere in the US to deal with original/private owned vehicles...
