We were randomly matched with Kyle (he was working for another company) when we started looking for a house in Brownsburg in 2019-2020. When he changed companies, he graciously offered to arrange for another realtor or move with him to his new company. We opted to stay with Kyle. We have never regretted our decision. He is soft-spoken, gentle and kind. He was very good about knowing our needs/wants and directed us accordingly. He was very thorough and followed through on all of the details. Shortly after we found a house, our daughter started house hunting. Because of how he treated us, she chose to use Kyle. Eventually, he found them their forever house! My experience with Kyle was absolutely amazing. I decided to move in 2019 when my roommate unexpectedly moved out from our apartment. Obviously, I had no clue the pandemic was on the horizon. Kyle was extremely determined, patient, and diligent in finding my dream home...not to mention a home that checked all my boxes. After about 9 to 10 months of searching, we found it. Kyle also was nice enough to get me a housewarming gift. This was an awesome experience as a young adult. Very informative and fun at the same time.
