Edna and Alyssa were so helpful when it came to finding the right outfits for our shopping spree yesterday. Many of our items were on sale and then we saw that they have 20% off for your birthday if you join the club (which is free) and even though it wasn’t quite my friends birthday yet, they honored the discount anyway. Everything fit so well and looks so good. I’m impressed that we are going back today for round two. Not even joking!

The Anthro team on the plaza is so sweet! They’re always willing to help with all of your shopping needs. The store is merchandised flawlessly, making it easy to find lots of goodies. The selection is impressive, whether it’s clothing or home goods. Love stopping by here!

I love the look of the store and many items. I do not love being ignored by the staff every time I come in. It truly is a problem at this location.

Went in to purchase sunglasses. Manager said they wouldn't ring up after me waiting for 10 minutes while she tried. So she basically said I can't sell them to you. I said there's a tag just ring them up under a different sku she said I can't do that. That's pathetic. A leader should be able to make decisions and solve problems. Terrible customer experience.
