Ripoff. They started with a quote for $3,400 and when I called them on the highway robery it magically dropped to $1,100. About $100 of material and 2-3 hours labor tops. No water, just PVC drain replaced. Sheetrock was already torn out and leak identified for them. I ate the $70 and showed them the door for being completely shady. They live off the estimate fees.

We called fetch a tech to come look at a leak we had in the tub in bathroom. One service guy came out looked at the leak and tried messing around with it. Then left just to come back to tell us they would send someone out the following morning. No problem. Two day in a roll we were canceled due to the service staff being sick. Understandable. When the repair guy showed up he did explain the hole that would be cut into the tile. Then had mentioned he would be happy to give some info on a person that can help fix the tile. We never received any information on that. And now we are left with a big hole around the faucet in the tub. Their customer service is lacking service. They definitely don’t communicate with you. I will never use them again.

Dylan found plumbing issues that we didn't know existed. Specifically a Calcium deposit on the stop valve under the toilet in the downstairs bathroom. Then he found that the fixtures in our son's bathroom were broken (you'd think our son would have mentioned it). Our hous is almost 30 years old so we were lucky that's all that's going wrong. He also flushed out our 3 year old water heater. He was extremely professional and polite, plus he gave me some tips to help clean my sinks, and to run ice in my garbage disposal (who knew, not me).
