I don't know where to begin with this review because there were so many things that went wrong. I came here for a permanent dye and was severely disappointed. When I first arrived, the hairstylist Fanny informed that she had mobility issues which made it hard for her to move but ensured that it would not affect her ability to do my hair and that dyeing was an easy job. Her listed price for a dye is $72 and she informed that it would be more since my hair was long and thick and I also wanted a trim which I was fine with. She said it would be $145 for the dye and trim but I ended up paying $209 after tax for a horrible job on my hair and no trim. She claimed that the price change was for color correction for having box dyed my hair ONCE in my life however I would’ve appreciated if she had been transparent about her prices from the beginning. Her mobility issues prevented her from being able to move her wrists properly which I realized too late into the appointment. she was being very rough on my hair and I expressed my discomfort to her to which she responded "beauty is pain". The entire time she was speaking very inappropriately and was giving me details of her family issues and love and sex life which made me very uncomfortable especially since I am a minor. My appointment was for 1:30 and ended up lasting 4 hours and a half due to her mobility issues which caused her to work very slowly which I was fine with however she also took three smoke breaks during her appointment and she had another client at 4:00 which she had to turn away because she was still working on my hair. She blamed me for it to the client and told me to apologize to her several times for having to turn away that client. Around three hours into the appointment, she informed me that she was feeling tired and basically didn't know if she could do a good job on my hair which she didn't. The results of my hair were also completely different from what I asked for her (pictures listed). The color was very different and there are several patches on my hair which have no dye only bleach. Through the entire appointment, she had me do many things for her such as opening products for her, brushing, blow drying and oiling my own hair because of her wrist problems which I understood but she shouldn't have charged me 2.5x the original price if I had to work on my own hair. I left the appointment so upset and now I have to box dye my own hair or go to a different salon to fix the mess. Shortly after I posted this review, she sent me a threatening text and insulted me for sharing my honest experience. Would not recommend.

Fanny is 100% trustworthy senior hair stylist. She did balayage, my layer cut and my husband’s hair cut. I should mention that she did a good job with all the services we had. You only need to trust her and let her do the magic. Thank you fanny and you are the best ❤️

I visit this salon for a few years now. This is the first time I am writing a review. This girl is something else!!!!Every time I visit is better than the previous one.. A few months ago I decided to let go of the color and let my natural white LOL come through. She is still working on it but the hair cut she gave me two weeks ago is spectacular. I always said a true hairdresser shows when cuts short hair. Fanny K above all is a warm , friendly and a pleasure to interact with lady!!!

Yesterday was my first time at Fanny K. Salon, and I must say it was a lovely experience. I went in for a color correction after trying to dye my own hair with box color. My roots were too light, and my ends were way to dark. Fanny and her amazing team were able to correct my color mistake, and give a what I wanted. I was so happy with the results, and made to feel right at home. I will definitely be going back in the future.
