While the initial installation and the first couple of years seem trouble-free, I’ve noticed that the materials used appear to be of lower quality. Despite assurances that you use high-quality materials, the reality suggests otherwise, as issues begin to arise after a relatively short period. The recurring problems lead to charges comparable to the original costs every 2-3 years, which is both frustrating and disappointing as a customer. It creates the impression that the materials are not designed for long-term reliability, contrary to what was promised. I strongly encourage you to review the quality of materials being used and ensure they align with the assurances provided to your customers.
