Fiducia Roofing & Restoration

I recently had the opportunity to work with Fiducia and their team. They were able to help me with several different projects over the last several months. I highly recommend calling them if you have any roofing needs in Central Texas. They’ve been around for a long time and I completely understand how they’ve earned the reputation they have!

I am the administrator at St. John-San Juan Lutheran Church, and Dan Houston at Fiducia has been in communication with us for over a year now. We contacted him for an estimate on fixing our very complicated roof, and we were looking for an estimate that we could afford as our roof is very old and will need to be replaced at some point for over $100K. Dan has been very considerate with us. He thought outside the box in order to accommodate our financial situation, and he came up with a reasonable solution for our roof. He was very patient as he waited for our council to approve the job. We had decided to hold off until we could gather some funds. In the meantime, he provided us with ample documentation in photos and videos of what he could realistically do for us, being direct and honest about the fact that this was more of a bandaid and that it may not solve all our leakage problems. He could guarantee his work but warned that we may have new leaks from areas he had not worked on which would not be under warranty. His proposal for the work was very reasonable. Once he started the job, he was thorough, again documenting every step of the way, and had offered to also patch up the roof of another house on the property which needed work. He included it in the proposal for the church roof, which was very generous. a few months after the work, we had a leak that needed to be taken care of as it was going in the HVAC room in the church. When I called him, he was responsive, empathetic, and honest, telling me he will look at it as soon as possible and that it may not be under the warranty. He arrived within 24 hours, and again thoroughly examined and documented the leak. Understanding that our financial situation had not changed, he offered to fix the leak that was not under warranty in exchange for reviews, which was a very generous gesture on his part. It took him two days of work to fix it, and again, he thoroughly documented and explained in detail what he did and what we should expect. Dan Houston of Fiducia is professional, kind, honest and a very empathetic business man, which is rare to find. I highly recommend him for any problems you may have. Expect high quality work, professionalism, and lots of documentation on the work. I have included some photos to show how complicated and dangerous our roof is to work on, and yet, it was all done safely.

Dan and his team at Fiducia Roofing were the ultimate professionals from start to finish. The detailed quotes they provided were incredibly thorough, and Dan made sure we fully understood each line item—giving honest advice on what we could skip to save money. They completed the job quickly and were so considerate of our family’s schedule, even working around our kids’ nap times. Their cleanup was impeccable: they not only cleared every scrap from the roofing work but even removed the leaves and branches that had accumulated on our roof beforehand.
