Absolutely fantastic selection, store and staff. Went there twice, Daniel was helping me, with the other staff member who’s name I didn’t catch. I got Rip’s jacket, and my wife Avery’s barn jacket. We’ll be back as soon as we’re in Vancouver. Greetings from Poland friends!

I was excited to visit this store, as I usually shop at the Toronto location. When I stopped by yesterday, there were about five employees working — one was assisting a customer, and only one acknowledged me with a greeting. I walked around the store hoping to ask a few questions about the duffel bags, as I had planned to purchase one during my visit. These bags aren’t cheap, and I was ready to buy — but despite it being clear that I was browsing and looking for assistance, no one seemed interested in helping. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience at the store. I've been admiring Filson products for years but not wanting to order online for some weird reason. Finding a store in Vancouver while exploring the city was a perfect way to spend 1.5 hours trying many things on. Thanks Bernie for your patience and amazing service! I walked out with a hat for starters while contemplating the next piece. I spend a lot of time outdoors and in the few days since buying the hat it has gotten put through the paces with the standard Vancouver rain. My head has been warm and dry the entire time. Also, finding out they can host special events for me and my clients was a plus. They have a nifty little room in the back and solid products. Will definitely be returning to the store often, although not that often after a while as the products are built to last.
