I had a great time shopping at Filson! Shop was tidy and an employee immediately went out of their way to welcome me. The staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to my questions. I was excited to visit this store, as I usually shop at the Toronto location. When I stopped by yesterday, there were about five employees working — one was assisting a customer, and only one acknowledged me with a greeting. I walked around the store hoping to ask a few questions about the duffel bags, as I had planned to purchase one during my visit. These bags aren’t cheap, and I was ready to buy — but despite it being clear that I was browsing and looking for assistance, no one seemed interested in helping. I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
