Absolutely disgusting to see these woman on a daily basis at the same time each morning, smoking in the back of the building. Aubrey (employee) says it is ok, because they are on break. You do realize that they are still a representative of your team in the office, and seeing and hearing Aubrey say this, goes to show the employees do not value their company nor their bosses. Do you think a parent wants someone who is smoking outside every morning to give them dental hygiene lessons, or lessons on gum disease? Absolutely NOT! You can be a little more discrete with your outside endeavors. Best thing about this is, Oddly enough the office open at 7am, but this photo was taken at 7:37am. Wonder if the owners know that they come to work and just break within the first 30 minutes to get their nicotine fix? If they are on break, tell them to move somewhere else. We see the scrubs on, and no other business is open over there. Tell them to walk over to the gym to not be seen. It's disgusting to have children see this every morning on their way to school; yes a middle school where some of their patients attend is behind their business and parents drive by to see this happening every Mon-Fri. My children will NEVER go here again. You have lost my business and I hope this post is seen and someone makes some changes, unless they want to lose business. UPDATE! 10.2.24 still getting the run around now with their staff. When I call they don’t allow me to speak to management. So if MARK see’s this, ask Laurie why she is now playing games and not giving you my messages. Oh and I have way more photos. Also talked to the optometrist and they say they even told you all yo move from smoking by them and you all leave your cigarettes on the wall. I bet the landlord would love to see the evidence. UPDATE: Your response is LAUGHABLE. Here is why. See your response came in at 7:11am 12/11, and see the new photo I am posting which is for today 12/11 the same day, but at 7:37am 3 of your STAFF are seen coming out your back door YET AGAIN, to go smoke. So, again your comment is laughable. Please tell me who responded to my message because telling me I can call and speak directly to you, funny because I have phoned to get you numerous times but your rude staff tell me I have to speak to them like they are your gate keeper to speak to the owner or even someone who cares about managing their staff. Maybe the health board should be involved.

Best dentist experience. Front desk was very welcoming. The dental assistants were all nice and helpful, made me very comfortable. Them including the dentist were informative and made sure I understood everything. Got my tooth extracted and got a deep clean! But the best thing about this place is they offer assistance in coming up with the best prices for you, and give you the option of financing which helped me a lot! Highly recommend!

By far the best dental office I have ever been to and the only one I continue to go to regularly. I have had several teeth removed at other offices for fast fixes- but Dr. Eddington and team did not make me feel like extractions were my only option and have since helped me save my teeth. The team is so helpful , patient, knowledgeable and free of any judgement. I drive 20 miles JUST to go to this office so my son and I get nothing but the BEST experience.
