We first met Sam when we hired her to sell our house in 2017 (?). Loved her as an agent so much she was the first one we thought of when it came time to look at some property we were considering . She did so much leg work delving into utilities, contacting the planning commission and so forth. It was impressive how much above and beyond she went.
