I went there with my car, because window switch wasn't working and i had a window half way open. Mechanic said that they are unable to close the window( which i had to do myself in the end, just connecting 12v to the motor. Doing that i found that they broke a couple of clips and didn't put the door and mirror panel properly after their "diagnostics". to hard it seems^^), they checked the harness, saying its ok, they said that they changed the switch from another car, so its not the switch and diagnosed broken footwell module. I paid for that around 100 pounds. Later Ive bought used module and programmed it, another 150 pounds, didn't work. And in the end i had to check every cable myself for current coming from the module and overall connections. That showed me there is obvious problem with the switch. Summarizing, i wasted 250 pounds and i still had to do everything myself. Wouldn't go there again with anything more than oil change or MOT. Edit: Sorry, forgot to mention about Manager it seamed that was screaming at his workers.
