I had a very disappointing experience with Finest Movers. One of the two movers clearly had no moving experience. Despite being told in advance that my queen bed needed to be dismantled, they brought no tools and suggested I take it apart. They showed no care for my furniture. My bed frame, drawers, headboard, and footboard were dragged across the floor without being wrapped, leaving deep scratches. The moving blankets they did bring were filthy. The final cost was more than expected, and I was just told the total without a clear breakdown. I’ve requested a full receipt to confirm that the 3% seniors discount was applied, and I was charged HST, and as such, I am entitled to a full receipt, but I'm still waiting. I would never recommend this company. Totally unprofessional and careless.
