Before, during and after ....Josh and his team took great care of my siding project and a few add ons as well. I interviewed three contractors before deciding to go with Fir Construction and I am so glad I did! You should too! Fair pricing, good communication throughout the project, and great follow up on that final punch list. I will defintely call them when its time for the patio makeover and the kitchen and flooring remodel.

Josh and his team are the best and I could not recommend them more highly! Professional, great communication, fair pricing, hard-working, respectful, and excellent craftsmanship. I reached out to Josh after getting into a real mess with another contractor, which means when they entered the picture I was already completely stressed and overwhelmed and in over my head. But I explained my situation to Josh and despite me being so completely overwhelmed by it, he was not daunted by it at all. He stepped in and took over the project, reassuring me many times that they would not only fix everything and make it to code but also make it look beautiful. And they did! I finally have a beautiful(!) new deck and a new door in my garage that I know is structurally safe as well as functional. I honestly did not think I would ever be able to put this behind me, but thanks to Josh and his team, I finally can. Also... when some *complications* in the form of extensive dry-rot was discovered, Josh gently (haha, made sure I was sitting down on my paddleboard first) broke the news to me and reassured me that they would take care of that as well and do so at a reasonable price - which they did. Again, professional and great communication - and again saved the day for me. I really cannot thank Josh and his entire team enough. Despite my constant worry and overwhelm, they were an absolute pleasure to work with! And the quality of their work and attention to detail is outstanding.

Josh and his crew saved us!!! Back in March we had hired a different contractor to build us a patio cover. Two days away from it being done, the city code enforcement officer knocked on my door and asked to see our permits. Unfortunately we didn’t get one because it wasn’t being attached to the house and the contractor said it wasn’t required. WRONG! To make a very long story short, and our contractor going dark on us. We found an add for Fir Construction on Facebook in August and decided to call and get a quote to finish the cover. Josh came right over, was very up front with us, and tried to save us as much money as he could. Unfortunately because of some major issues with the first contractor the whole structure needed to be taken down and rebuilt. Josh was able to reuse almost all of the original wood, which saved us money. Not only did Josh build our patio cover just as we wanted it, but he also offered to contact the previous contractor to help us get our money back. (Pictures below are 2 from previous contractor, and then then finished cover from Fir Construction) We had been trying for months, but no phone calls or texts were being returned. Within 2 days Josh was able to talk with him and get all our money back. Josh went above and beyond what a contractor would normally do. He’s made friends for life with us !! Highly recommend his company, Josh, Wendy and crew are all very friendly and easy to work with.

Josh and Fir construction really saved my bacon. Long story short I inherited the house after my father passed away. He ripped off his own deck and couldn't finish the remaining deck before his passing. On the positive note he bought most of the material These guys used all the materials on hand that my father had bought and made a beautiful deck. Fir construction is also very fair and reasonably priced. Several other contractors tried to wheel and deal with me and would say an estimate of two prices and never give me a straight bid. Fir construction provided realistic pricing without any hangups or adjustments to the contract. When the workers were on the clock they worked non-stop and were also very respectful of my space and even cleaned up the space better than they found it. Also they fixed my front porch steps with very little increase in pricing. i 100% recommend for anything from a bathroom remodel, to deck construction, or heavy new construction.
