I have worked with several agents at this brokerage and had a positive experience overall. However, when I sought clarification on a transaction and reached out to the broker, Larry Burke, he dismissed my inquiry and ended the call in a manner that I found both rude and unprofessional. Having brought significant business to this brokerage and chosen to support its growth over other opportunities, I expected a higher standard of professionalism at all levels. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot currently recommend this brokerage—not due to the agents, but because of the broker’s conduct. If he is unwilling to handle a simple phone call or address a basic inquiry about a listing, I have serious concerns about his ability to navigate more complex transaction challenges in a professional, transparent, and fair manner. That said, I am open to reevaluating my perspective if the broker acknowledges his actions and demonstrates a commitment to improving communication and professionalism.
