Chris PeasleeWe had Arizona Bug Guys come out and spray our home in August. I informed them that we had been seeing a lot of small ants, crickets and spiders. A week after the spray, we still have just a many bugs present as we did before they spayed. When asked if they he do a respray, we were told he wouldn't do that and that we should schedule to have them do another one in a couple weeks. Had to reach out twice to get a response. Understandably, after spraying, the bugs can be active. However, this did not change and is still an issue 2 weeks after they treated our home. Their website says satisfaction guaranteed. Clearly that's not the case. The cost of our previous service was more, however we did not have this issue. After a spray, the bugs were gone. We will be going back to them from now on. Arizona Bug Guys seems to have a high customer review rating. For us, they did not meet our needs and we would not recommend them based on our experience.
