The process of moving in was great, but after that it all went downhill. The building we lived in was literally rotting to the ground. Black mold was growing on the windows. The whole back door frame was rotting (water was coming in) we reported it and not a thing was ever said or done about it. We are now being charged $50 for a toilet seat that was never replaced before we moved in. It’s in the same exact shape it was when we moved in. We are also being charged for 2 sets of mini blinds. One in the bedroom (the window literally fell out more than once. Very dangerous) the second set…I’m not even sure. They claimed on move in they were “brand new”, but clearly they weren’t. Then our HVAC went out and for 3 weeks it was worked on at one point they had a $2k charge l on our portal stating we owed that for the HVAC unit. I do not recommend this company to anyone at all. It has been an absolute nightmare and the employees talk to you like you’re stupid and do not respond to phone calls. Instead they email you. A literal JOKE.

Not worth the headache nothing but issues when renting with them. Had to have the power out for also a week straight in middle of august, since the electric wasn’t done properly. Building was falling over floor had a 2 degree slope in it. Ac barely worked. Just constant issues with the place and no urgency to fix any of it. They just care about there money and that’s it

The absolute worst. Told me if I payed he application fee they would do an in person walkthrough of the property. They went back on their word as soon as they got their money, and I was told to either accept a lease in 3 days or they would put their efforts back into renting to others. They had a promotion when I put my application in for first month free, which suspiciously changed to first month half off the day after I did a self guided tour of the property. Should have seen this for a red flag, but ended up moving in anyway. Almost none the maintenance requests I put in were ever addressed, and the only time we really heard anything from Firemark was the first of the month! Found out much later that I had been living above mold and animal infested crawlspace for months. No covers on the crawlspace, they were okay with just putting a rotting pallet in front of the opening. Would avoid this company like the plague

I got into my apartment within 2 weeks of applying. They are extremely responsive and helpful with all questions every step of the way. And the two managers I worked with specifically (Jen) and (Crystal) were very polite and helpful. On my first week I had an issue with my parking spots being taken and me taking other spots, the managers were very polite and stern about what the issue was and what needed to be done. I cannot stress enough how helpful they are in finding a place to live.
