I visited AFC recently and I will say hands down the best urgent care! The front desk was so welcoming and the staff was very knowledgeable and so kind. My nurse Jamie was very caring and took time to explain things to me. I had to get a steriod injection and was very nervous . She talked me through it and eased my nerves. If you ever need urgent needs and can’t get into your PCP I highly recommend AFC. Double bonus is Jamie is working… She is amazing!

Only giving 2 stars because of the front desk staff and the nurse, otherwise it would be a 1. Had my daughter seen yesterday for a cough and vomiting. I couldnt get a word in with the doctor, she just kept cutting me off and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I was given a Tylenol and ibuprofen dosage chart from my pediatrician and she kept telling me I was under dosing her. I tried confirming that they were sending to the correct pharmacy, since I hadn't filled at that specific one before and she insisted everything was correct. Fast forward to today (since the script never showed up yesterday), I sent my husband to pick it up. They had sent her info all messed up, middle name entered incorrectly, address and phone number wrong. Makes me extremely nervous to give this prescription to my daughter. I will be contacting her primary before I do just to make sure everything is fine. The only reason I had to go to this afc was because I couldn't make it across town in time before her primary closed. I WILL NOT be coming here for any of my kids again.

Definitely a 5 star experience! Upon arrival, reception was very friendly. I only waited about 30 minutes to be seen. The medical technician was super sweet trying to keep my spirits up even though I was kind of miserable after running a fever for 5 days straight. After the initial tests came back negative, the nurse practitioner Collin came in to see me and get a more thorough history. He ordered a few other tests which still didn't give us an answer. It was finally decided that I needed a CT scan. He went above and beyond and got me a same day outpatient appointment rather than sending me to the local ER to start the process over. As a travel nurse, it can be challenging when I need Healthcare, but I can't see my primary physician. I am so grateful that I was seen as a person who needed help instead of just a number who when the answers weren't coming, should be sent away as someone else's problem. Thank you AFC and thank you NP Collin.

I took my son to his pediatrician for a low grade fever and soar throat. After a negative strep, I was told it was simply a virus. He was later sent home from school when his fever reached 101, and missed the whole week. I didn't feel comfortable traveling for the holidays as he had not improved. We took him to AFC urgent care (as I had utilized them in the past for myself) I knew they had the ability to run lab and X-ray if needed. Sure enough his stats were concerning, and panel came back negative, but an X-ray showed pneumonia!!! I'm thankful AFC cares to look at all the details to give a definite diagnosis that was otherwise missed. All the staff was so kind and knowledgeable; the appointment took less than an hour and we were seen almost right away. With a script for antibiotic and a nebulizer, we were in the road. My son felt back to normal within 2 days and was able to enjoy the Christmas vacation, he even went skiing! My mom heart felt at ease seeing him return to his normal, healthy self. I would trust AFC with any of my family's health needs
