Had a terrible experience getting some labs done here. The only positive thing was doctor baker who apparently is no longer there. I went to first care for some lab tests I needed, including an EKG that was barely sticking to skin. Within 2 weeks I called since I had not received results and was told they LOST all of my labs. So they “paid” for me to go to labcorp to retake them but Labcorp ended up billing my insurance and myself. I could not get any help from First Care on getting refunded or taking the bill from Labcorp. On top of this the EKG was done incorrectly and I had to go to a specialist to tell me they did the test wrong and all was fine. From my experience I would not recommend using this place for anything

Although there was a little wait it was worth it due to the treatment I received. Each staff member I encountered was caring and courteous and the Nurse Practitioner Ashley was very knowledgeable and had a great way of.putting me at ease by explaining why she was ordering each test for me. Today was a very satisfying experience. Had a stomach Ultrasound today 11/16. Sylvia was very professional and nice.

Tried to schedule appointment online for a sports physical, the page would time out when submitting the time. Called and tried to schedule an appointment, they said just walk in. Went into the location, they said they couldn’t take me because new patients need to be there before 4:45. After explaining I called and they told me just to come in she she apologized and said I would need to schedule an appointment. I asked what was the difference if my son was an existing patient or new patient. She stated that they needed time to do a full work up, which I don’t believe is accurate since we were just coming in for a sports physical and just tried to stare me down. There was one car in the parking lot and the place was a little run down…now I understand why. Lots of other option. Went down the street and was taken care of by Broken to Better. Great experience and friendly staff.

Great medical office, very friendly staff, very educated doctor, clean facility, fast facility, no wait time, sign and check in with quick access. The front desk was very nice and was nicely setting my follow up appointments. I love their services.
