The good part: Someone answered my call, scheduled my appointment, and the technician was on time and extremely friendly. The bad part: The bill was $700. It literally took no more than 15 minutes to change out the tank. There wasn’t any soldering or copper pipe needed. Maybe just a little bit of Plumber’s tape. If the tank costed $100, that still put labor at over $500 an hour. I had been considering replacing the entire unit, which I was told would cost $3,000. It’s a 50-gallon gas water heater—nothing special. At the time, I had a flooded basement and had to shut off the water to the entire house. So, I was basically stranded on a dark highway with a flat tire and out of gas. I could have paid the $89 service fee and said no, but that would have meant another day without water. I understand that nothing is done for free, but I feel I was totally ripped off. To top it off, I had to dispose of the old tank myself because the technician forgot it. To sum it up: Friendly service, but way overpriced.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Craig from first choice heating and plumbing team. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident with the work being done. Not only that, but Craig was also incredibly professional and courteous, and his work was top-notch. He went above and beyond to ensure that my AC unit was fixed properly and that I understood everything about it. He also helped me configure and explained me the Thermostat settings for most efficient usage. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC service. I have also been having them do my Furnace n heating unit which is rare kind of the system, he/they have the expertise over this specific system n love their service.

This company is unmatched. I had a great experience overall from the receptionist/customer service rep to the emergency plumbers. Every one was polite and compassionate. I needed emergency service (drain cleaning/unclogging) and they provided the service in record timing . The plumbers Dave and Collin were very sweet and knowledgeable they fixed my issue at a wonderful price. They were a Godsent. I will definitely use them for future services and have already recommended them to other family members.

They are very professional, respectful and the pricing is very fair. I have called many plumbing business and they would nickel and dime and were not courteous. First Choice Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioner plumbers are very friendly and they explained in detail the issue. I had the best experience when using First Choice plumbing since owning my house for 12 years. I will definitely use their service again as they won me over with their professionalism, experience in diagnosis the issue and remedying the problem as well as fair pricing. Eli and Ryan were very diligent, knowledgeable, polite and experience as they tackled the plumbing job. They are very good at what they do. This company is number 1 in my book and I would defiantly hire them again.
