**Late review** After a Florida thunderstorm surge, I decided to try and find a place I could take my supposedly fried PS4 to have looked at repaired. I stumbled upon first Coast Tech, instead of sending my unit into the manufacture for about half the cost. I walked in and met Ben and another young man I can’t remember his name. I told him what was going on and said, if you can fix it cool if you can’t don’t worry about it. I was just trying to retrieve my saved games.. I made sure to give them my phone number, why they needed it I don’t know because they never called me. I did all of the communication more on that later. I figured they would’ve quickly looked over the product to determine what’s wrong with it hoping to hear back within 48 hours. I decided to call and see if everything was all right they stated Everything was good and they were just opening the device and then they would get back with me the following day. They never got back to me so a week went by and I decided to call them again only to find out that they just started dismantling the PS4 and that they would get back with me. Another week went by and they said they were still trying to troubleshoot the issue and they got it all apart. They think they figured out what was wrong with it and that it needed a new new motherboard. I said OK continue to tinker with it. I didn’t hear anything from them until I called them a fourth time 3 1/2 weeks later. To which I called them up and said put it back together I’ll pick it up the following day to which I did . Long story short they need some type of administrative management at this location. It’s just two guys in their mid 20s trying to run a business but there’s never any follow up with the customer. I left my phone number and they not once ever called me to say hey, this is what was wrong with the unit. This is what we recommend, nothing they never called me. I always had to call them. I was gonna leave a three star review with this location, but upon picking up my unit, Ben said, the diagnostic fee was $55 but he wasn’t gonna charge me. So an extra star for not charging me but, less a star for not keeping the customer up-to-date. Overall, great service !

I brought my PC in after dealing with random shutdowns that were tough to diagnose. The issue was intermittent, so I told them to keep it as long as needed, and they actually did. They were super patient, kept me updated, and eventually found that one of the GPU power connectors wasn’t fully seated. It’s been running solid since. I also appreciated that when I mentioned a small issue with the case from the first visit, they didn’t hesitate to make it right and ordered a replacement panel for me. That kind of accountability and follow-through is rare these days. Really happy with the service. Honest, professional, and customer focused. Highly recommend.

First Coast Tech is absolutely amazing! Even though they don’t do board-level GPU repairs, they went out of their way to help me diagnose exactly what was wrong with my graphics card and even recommended me to a specialist who could fix it. They only charged me the initial diagnosis fee and didn’t bill me for all the extra time and effort they spent helping me. They even held onto my PC for over a month—while my graphics card was shipped to the company I bought it from—keeping it in excellent, well-maintained condition until the card came back. Their honesty, professionalism, and genuine desire to assist really stood out. They’re punctual, friendly, and truly care about their customers.
