First Impression Dental Fresno

This was my first visit and I was very impressed by the entire staff from when I first came in, to the young lady that took the x-rays, Leandra who did the cleaning and Dr. Lent. All were so courteous and explained everything thoroughly. They all work together so well and everything went so smoothly. I appreciated how Dr. Lent explained how he takes care to make sure his clients needs are met. This is the first time, I actually enjoyed my dental visit. My thanks to the wonderful staff for such a great job!

By far the best dental office I have been to my entire life. I have a huge dental phobia, and the staff and Dr Lent absolutely put my anxiety to ease. I felt super comfortable in the chair. It was very personable and it’s a very comfortable and caring atmosphere highly recommend First impressions dental, especially to anybody that has a dental phobia. They are excellent.

I first came to Dr. Lent & his staff in March of 2025. In desperate need of fast help, I did a Google search for a Dental office near my area that specializes in cosmetic dentistry. I was pleased at the wonderful reviews, and went out on a limb, hoping I could be be taken care of quickly, due to another Dentist’s mistakes on previous crowns. I have always had a weird fear of visiting the Dentist, due to poor experiences in the past. First Impression Dental was more than understanding of the less than fortunate situation I was in, and did everything they could to rush my services, while helping me feel comfortable. They were able to see me as soon as possible, and did a rush on 4 new crowns for me, before a family vacation. Aside from the crowns, I have a lot of other work that needs attention. I was there for my 3rd visit today, where I had the entire right side of my mouth taken care of. Dr. Lent & his entire team are more than accommodating. Everyone is so friendly, warm, and provide this feeling that you’ve known them forever. Scheduling can be tricky, as I am traveling an hour and a half each way, and also have a full time job. Heidi does a fantastic job at working with me, and finding times that suit my schedule, along with Dr. Lent’s. I’m very appreciative of that. Dr. Lent has been assisted by both Cody, and Vanessa during my visits. He, and his assistants/hygienists are all great at what they do. They’re, gentle, professional, warm & friendly. There’s never a question that goes unanswered, leaving me feeling like they truly care about my situation, and helping me achieve my goal of having a healthy smile, and mouth. I have felt like Dr. Lent does his best to educate me, explaining why I am in the situation I am in, while offering the best solutions for me. The office itself is beautiful, well organized, well taken care of and clean. If you’re like me, all of this matters. Until now, I have never had pleasant experiences at the Dentist, and am very grateful for this new opportunity to change my outlook. If you’re in the Central Valley area, I highly recommend First Impression Dental. You won’t regret it!
