Had a last minute event that I found out about on Monday, and by Thursday, Dana and First Impressions were able to make it happen so I could have a beautiful sign for my set up! Dana was super responsive and great to work with. Quality and price were awesome as well.

I cannot say enough good things about Jim and Dana at First Impression Signs. I needed a large graphic done for my company's conference room in a very short amount of time ahead of an important meeting. I thought this was going to be nearly impossible due to the time frame they would have to work within, but they delivered. Jim came and quoted the decal for us on Wednesday, then was back on Friday morning to do the install, which took them less than 5 minutes. Their pricing is incredibly reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I would absolutely recommend First Impressions. We will be using them in the future for more projects around our office.

I first met with Ron who recommended Jim and the team to me and I know why. These guys don't accept anything less than quality and they go above and beyond to deliver on that. At my gym we have a hashtag #overdeliver and we only work with people who do just that. Jim and the team overdeliver in every aspect. We were in a time crunch many times and these guys were out here helping us out the day of the grand opening of our gym with install. Tyler and Paul even went out of their way to do more than what they had to do. Paul even recommended the best cookie place I've ever been to and my life has been changed for the better. Tyler has a collection of Redbull cans to make sure he's always working with the speed of Hermes. Although Jim is always out and about making sure citizens around Omaha get the best service, every interaction I've had with him has been professional and a delight. He really sacrifices to make sure you get the best deal possible. Definitely transformational and not transactional. I look forward to working with them long term for all of our sign and banner needs. Let me tell you, we are very picky customers that like quality. I'm not saying I channel Karen energy, but when I need quality I need it and these guys don't shy away. Make that phone call to them and you'll be completely satisfied from beginning to end.
