They open at 8am the driver door. Only 10 docks some are occupied by dropped containers/dry vans. I believe they go by appointment if you are picking up they don't start loading until 12pm. Room is tight if many trucks are there but not horrible. Fast and friendly if all goes smooth. Must check in using QR code then check in at door also both things.

Shipper was super nice . Appointment at 12:00 pm arrived at location 11:02 am got the door 11:07 am and trailer unloaded at 11:35 am. Loader’s are super fast. Overnight parking available and alot of space for backup.

The company exceeded all expectations. The service turned out to be even better than I had anticipated after reading the glowing reviews in advance. I was welcomed an hour and a half earlier than my scheduled appointment, and the office staff was extremely polite and friendly. Everything was explained clearly and calmly, making the process very easy to understand. The check-in was incredibly simple and straightforward, and the app was very convenient to use. I had to wait only a short time before receiving a text message inviting me for unloading—earlier than expected. Shortly after, a staff member promptly arrived to check the seal. The unloading process took no more than 30 minutes, and the same gentleman later brought the signed documents directly to my cab. Additionally, I received another message confirming the completion of the unloading and that my documents would be delivered to my cab. The app allows you to track the current status of the process! It’s impossible not to praise this company for its outstanding organization and the team for their highly coordinated and professional work. Another great advantage is the availability of overnight parking! Bravo, First Logistics!

This place sucks. You have to use your phone to scan the bar code to check in, then wait for them to text you with a door number. You can't take a nap, or will miss your text! They could call you with a door number!
