I needed a ramp built due to now having to use a wheelchair. I called around to get quotes on the price and Frank was the only one who actually sat down with me to find out exactly what I needed. He was very easy to talk to and gave me a great quote on a ramp. After getting all the quotes from the companies I called I chose First Rate Renos because Frank is a very respectful man and very reasonable. Not only did he build the ramp I needed but he went above and beyond to give me the ramp I wanted. I have a big deck that I can sit out on with a few friends and have a BBQ if I wanted, all thanks to Frank and the design at the bottom of my ramp is beautiful and I love it. Thank you so much Frank, and if I ever need anymore work done on my home you will be my first and only call, if I could rate 100 stars I would because you are amazing and it shows in your work.
