Searching for a home when you live out of state is difficult. Finding a realtor is even more difficult. You want a realtor that understands what you want and helps you when you need it. Leslie is that realtor!! I found her online and we started corresponding a couple of months before I was able to arrive in town. When we were able to look at homes our schedule was crazy. Three mornings in a row we looked at houses , added more subtracted others. Leslie had complied a list from my wants and dislikes. Out of 20 homes we narrowed it down to 2 and put an offer in the 3rd day which was accepted. Leslie then helped us navigate the purchase from out of state. Leslie was able to accommodate our schedule and really listened to what we wanted. It’s nice to have everything work out when you start with so many unsure things. My wife’s parents retired to Las Vegas 30 years ago. Of recent, my mother in-law has been living in Las Vegas as a widower. It was clear that it was time to move her closer to us.
