Let me explain what your driver did to me at 1am, July 11, 2025, at Pilot Truck stop, Cartersville, GA. I was parked on the passenger side of your truck (122148). It was being driven by a lady. First she pulled out of the parking space turning towards me(right side, her passenger side) and hit my truck and damaged my hood(on my driver side), headlight and 5 lug nuts ( now I have to get these lug nuts fixed tomorrow as they are a major violation). I woke up, honked and stopped her. She came down, saw the damage on my truck and told me that she's going to get her licence and insurance. I stayed near my truck and assessed the damaged. When she jumped on to her truck, she started pulling out on her driver side and started fleeing. I ran upto the truck to capture the truck's licence plate. I waved to stop her. She saw me waving at her and was cussing out loud(windows were down and I know what all she said). She had the audacity to keep her foot on the gas pedal and she hit me, wanted to run over me. I was in front of her passenger drive tire. I was lucky enough to not have tripped, otherwise, I would've been crushed. There were other trucks parked in front, so I couldn't step aside. So, I jumped and clinged onto the deer bumper and she kept driving. I couldn't jump off as it was paved all around and could have injured me seriously. Hit and run incident has been reported to the sheriff at Bartow County. I have an incident report number, report will be available online by Monday morning. I thank god that I'm alive today. I was sleepy when all this happened. Had I tripped when I was stopping your truck, your driver would've crushed me. A huge loss to my family and my daughter(2 years old) would've been fatherless. Please take this seriously and my safety team will reach out to you shortly with video and photo evidences. Beware of their drivers!! They are careless and reckless! Today a driver almost crashed into me and my son along with some other vehicles after running a stop sign. I thank God nobody was harmed. This company needs to research their drivers a little more before hiring them before someone losses their lives just because one of their drivers is careless and in a rush. For the last 20+ miles this driver continued to drive in the passing lane with inconsistent speeds, swerving, hard braking, etc. I most definitely did contact the company and filed a complaint. According to their reviews I see they have many complaints. I can see why. I totally appreciate truck drivers, however, safety FIRST. Apparently, this company doesn't feel the same. After all of these complaints, it speaks volumes. DO BETTER! Hold your drivers accountable for each and every complaint filed. Implement safer driving practices. The little guy matters also and best believe I will continue reporting unsafe drivers. Bottom line, common sense and premeditated thinking has clearly disappeared in the minds of the majority of drivers. I would also like to add, while I was on the phone with the company we were traveling behind this truck. Within the minute of me giving the truck number, the driver moved over to the far right lane. Did the gentleman in the complaint department notify the driver of the truck? If so, GOOD! Drive like you have some sense or park it! PERIOD!!! To the driver, I hope you DO BETTER!

It would be great if someone would answer the phone when you call. Endless hold listening to the same message about how safe the drivers are and how thorough their inspections are. It doesn’t change what’s really going on on the road. I’m driving through a construction zone in East Texas with a 65 mph speed limit and one of their trucks driving right up on the back of my pick up trying to intimidate me out of the lane. Unit 120186 heading west on I 10 at 1:50 PM on Thursday, 5 August 2021. The road lanes veered to the right and he wasn’t paying attention and had to swerve to the right and tipped his trailer up to the left. It’s a wonder he didn’t flip the thing over beside me. If this is an example of the people first fleet uses they shouldn’t be in business.
