Her knowledge and experience was evident throughout the entire process and she helped guide me every step of the way. She has great local knowledge about a bunch of areas and was incredibly helpful with me during showings and discussing what kind of offer to make on places. Once I had an offer accepted I ended up having a rough time with my mortgage due to the bank making some errors, but she stepped in to speak with them and went above and beyond to keep things moving and get my closing on track. She's incredibly responsive, flexible, and really just a joy to spend time with. I plan to recommend her to any and all of my friends and family.

We have had the pleasure of having Carolyn from Fisher & Assoc as our Realtor! From the very beginning, Carolyn was able to know how to step back, and allow us to soak in house after house, keeping us updated on all the new offerings as soon as they came out. She shared her "home town girl" knowledge of locations and community points to take note of. Carolyn was also always available, on our schedule, to meet for a showing. It's refreshing to send out an email and get a prompt reply, or just call and have someone answer to address questions. One would expect that all realtors offer a standard of professionalism, assistance and guidance, but they DO NOT! Once we found a house, had it not been for Carolyn stepping up to take lead, and being as proactive and willing to "do the work" for us (and in my opinion, the other agent as well), buying our dream home would have been a nightmare. In this competitive, fast paced market of real estate, you need someone that is focused, has strategic experience and insight as to what's needed, on your team. You couldn't do better than Carolyn and her team at Fischer & Assoc.

When my husband and I first started shopping around for a house, it didn't take long to start feeling overwhelmed. Endless listings in my inbox from sites I don't remember signing up for, houses that were sold before we even had the chance to call, and untrustworthy realtors. Other realtor: "The roof is supposed to buckle in like that." (later found out the foundation was crumbling, so dodged a bullet there). Luckily we eventually found Fisher & Associates. They helped us negotiate the price on our home when they found a discrepancy with the seller's listing. It's a detail I wouldn't have picked up on. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to have an honest, stress-free experience that helps make finding a home fun again.
