Drivers never do their job! The company delivers my life sustaining medication, as per the contract Manatoulin has with my medication company, they’re to bring my medication into my home and bring it to my designated storage in my home. Driver constantly tells me to take my own boxes inside (100 boxes roughly each month), I’m terminal and recently had a heart attack. Bringing these boxes into my house could kill me.

Service is soo bad. I missed my shipment so i told them i’ll pickup myself. And then i went to the office they did paper work and then asked me to wait between the two buildings and then i waited for over 40min no body showed so i called they ask me to wait and then never came back. Then went inside the storage facility and ask a guy over there who asked a forklift guy to help me. Very very bad experiance.
