I love the aesthetic of this place. Nothing of its kind in the lower mainland. You can tell the gymers here mean businesses. Another pro is that they got food available for purchase in the front for before or after your workout. Super tasty!

Great gym. Nice lightning and vibes. However the posing curtain and the machine damage/repairs need to be fixed faster especially considering there’s a maintenance fee.

Gym is sick all black and white For shooting social media content. All Arsenal shrink machines are pretty insane and the vibe is second to none. Everybody here talks to each other. It looks each other in the eyes and it feels like a good actual family environment. Great for smashing roll through.
