Don’t look any further, Bill is the right choice for all your needs. A few years ago I had a a home I was looking to rent. I met with two property managers who made me feel worried about getting my home rented out. Then came Bill. He arrived on time, gave me simple suggestions to help get the home ready and a timeline. He stuck to his timeline and got me multiple applicants quickly. He thoroughly processed the applicants and got the home leased in quick order. We had a few issues at the home over the years . Bill always communicated quickly, often checked to see what he could fix or address on his own and when needed, got a professional to address any issues fast and cost effectively. His always kept a tight balance sheet which made financials and accounting a breeze on my end. This year the time came to sell the house. I notified Bill and he did what he is great at. The house was listed and again we had multiple interested parties. During the contract process, Bill always updated me, kept me informed and offered his expert advice. We had a short closing window and Bill worked hand in hand with my attorney to kept the process moving forward. My renters left the home in need of some deep cleaning and you guessed it, Bill was there to help. I’m not sure how many hours he spent there, but Bill came on his own time to assist with the cleaning process. My only regret is that my property relationship with Bill has come to an end. For now.
