Five Star Spa & NAILS

I’ve been coming here for about 1 to 2 years, and although everyone’s service here is great, Michael always does my nails. He’s patient, funny, and very welcoming. Leo does my pedicures, and he’s gentle and always makes sure I’m comfortable, from the chair massage to offering water and checking in throughout. I’ve also seen the owners handle situations with kindness and professionalism, which truly inspires me. If something isn’t right, just let them know. They care and will make it right. Here are some of my recent visits!

I absolutely enjoy coming here. I’ve been constant for about 3 months now. They never disappoint! The service is always great. I feel like a little princess or queen every time!

I went on Thursday to get my nail fixed then I came on Saturday to get these ring finger as you see the picture nail fixed. When I brought it to their attention, Sydney said he tried to fix it the best way that he knew how but the color is obviously wrong. I didn’t know what color was put on my nail because the nail tech Jennie had the same color on her nail, but the difference is I just had the number five color on my nails before so when I came to get a fill in , that’s the color that was on the bottom and she put the new color on top. I just don’t know they not all of them, but maybe it’s just one of them months for them or something but they will definitely not be doing my nails anymore if I can find me a good, good good nail tech then I will be going to them and not come here anymore because five dollars constantly when the nails are breaking is outrageous them drilling off all your nail is outrageous. It just really disappointed me and then didn’t no one say have a good day thank you or nothing they very rude. I guess because I let me know about my nail that I have to pay for. In the second picture I measured the same finger on my hands and they are not even! On the third picture is the method he used to measure the length. My middle finger and ring finger on the same hand. That’s why In the 2nd picture is uneven. And get mad at me. The nerve of them. Two different colors!! Just know y’all colors.
