Worst experience.. The devalued my BMW 5 series. Miss match colour made my car creamy/off white. They have painted my rear right driver side door and there was no needed. They painted my left passenger side wing that was perfectly fine these door and wing were in original factory painted from new. Kept my car one month and 5 days around keep using parts delivery as an excuse. They changed the bonette and something fell of tree I believe was also painted looks like they painted my car under the tree. One of the metal plate next to BMW monogram near left passenger seat got disappeared. They made a ding/small dent behind the rear passenger door wing above the bumper. Front headlight bulb was not working or about to go. The car when I received was so dirty looked like left abandoned somewhere under the tree I washed it several times the yellow spots from tree were so strong to remove. The hinges under the bonnet can easily been seen that quality of work and bonett has been changed. They made my car creamy a difference can be seen easily and it hurts. The cost of repair was so much close to the vehicle trade value but they get the money they didn't write off my car which was in beautiful condition. All back seats had white paint marks on it. They have done unnecessary work to make the bill higher. I informed my broker not to send me here after reading there feedback but they didn't listen to me. Please avoid these these group of people they all work together staff never say the truth. I strongly believe if you earn money by deceiving people it will come in front of you. Please avoid these people they just care about their money.

Paint work was OK but can clearly see a colour difference with the new panels. Also the bumper was not detached so not a clean job. Customer service and communications was excellent

I've submitted the web form for a quotation. The day after I decided to ring and I was told in order to get a quotation I should pay 30 pounds in advance. This will be removed from the invoice if you decide to go forward. Can you imagine going to a garage and you are asked for 30 pounds in order to tell you what is your problem with your car? We are talking about Crawley and regular cars.

Kept up to date at every stage from the courtesy car drivers, estimators, and office staff who were all friendly. Work was completed in a quick turnaround and car left in a clean condition when received back.
