Hired KDM to update my shingle roof to a metal one. Noe was my main point of contact and was very easy to work with. Roof looks fantastic and the work is great. Also, they had one of the most competitive estimates out of the many that I requested. Permitting took several months, but that could be from the requirements of the city I live in and the complexity of the job.
