Alexis was great at at booth located in front of Victoria's Secret. He recommended a few cases and sold me in less than 3 minutes. Chill guy and a lot of phone and iPad tablet options. The other location in front of Navi's was also quick and effective in helping me find the right location for my needs.

I wouldn't go here ever again. Find a more professional repair shop with integrity. Make sure you know everything about what could happen or go wrong with a repair before using him. Ask about the parts they are using, because this will be all on you. I had my broken screen replaced here and got a cheap aftermarket screen which messed up the quality of my display...leaving a streaky, uneven, film-like residue. The response I got was "had you asked me I would have told you it wasn't original" and "everybody knows they are not original". Sir I'm not "everybody" and everybody doesn't know that since I didn't or that they are risking quality issues with their display...even if it they are aware that the part is not an original part. If you know there is a risk then that should be conveyed to the consumer before taking their money. I never had a need to replace a screen before this encounter (Android user). So why would I think that he couldn't give me a screen with the same quality unless he explicitly tells me. But I guess that's not his responsibility. I hope he is okay with that same type of service from providers in his personal life. What a waste of time and money. I was better off keeping my minimally shattered screen then this garbage. I hope you have a better experience. Good luck!
