Michelle came to my house even if it was almost time to close. My phone decided to die on me and since I used it for everything including access to my home I was getting slightly desperate. They manage to fix it quickly and we're really sweet about not knowing much about anything. They even give me tips in case it happened again. Personally, did not find it to be expensive (especially with it being last minute) and was pretty satisfied with the result.
