My desk top computer was attacked while I was on a Chrome website by a would-be hacker. The page was frozen and sirens were going off. I contacted who I thought was Microsoft Security via phone because that was the number on the screen I was told to call. After a few minutes talking to this person I realized it probably wasn’t Microsoft Security I was talking to but part of the hacker/scammer team. I unplugged my computer and took it to FixStop. They ran diagnostics and found nothing wrong. All my files were still there. They didn’t want to charge anything for running the diagnostics! I highly recommend FixStop. I have taken several iPads to them for repair also and the repairs were done at a very reasonable price.

The young man that took care of my 92 year old mom and myself was such a joy and so knowledgeable about what we needed! We were so thankful to have had his help yesterday and it only took a couple of hours to fix my mom's Amazon tablet. When I went back to get it there was another young man and he was just as helpful.
