We chose this company because of very good Google Reviews but it turned out to be a one-man show who doesn’t follow through with his work/product. Initially, we were recommended and installed a SoNo system totaling over 3-grand. After installation, the system almost immediately had issues with zones coming offline and not coming back on. It took many, many weeks (and messages and calls) to get him to come back out to address the issues. When he finally came back, we were instructed (and I summarize) “let’s try this route and if it doesn’t work, I’ll come back out to take an alternate route”. Well, the fix did NOT work, and it’s been many, many (many) more weeks, messages and texts with ZERO response. Our guess (because he won’t call us back) is that he reached a point where he would need to spend or refund money to make the situation “right” and he’s obviously not willing to do so. The solution? We contacted a competitor, TrueTech, and they arrived in one day, diagnosed and fixed the issue immediately. Now, we contemplate contacting the BBB, going to small claims or we just move on (and grab our ankles). I never write bad reviews- but, for this kind of money, this felt like a bad experience crossing the border to robbery.

So I scheduled this service assuming my tv was a 60 inch, which was measured. Upon the day of appointment technician states that the tv is a 70 inch and the piece has to be ordered. I was alright with that. He tells me same time that next Thursday. Well when that time came he never called or showed. I attempted to call and no answer. Very unprofessional.

Justin originally designed and installed our home theater system. This was an upgrade to the receiver. What stands out was not only his choice for the upgrade, but the great installation. He demonstrated all the features and insured everything was working properly before he left. Justin does a great job!
