After a major hailstorm, I noticed a Flagstone Roofing and Exteriors sign at a house down the street and decided to give them a call. I’m glad I did. Brandon Caron showed up that same afternoon. That level of responsiveness really stood out to me and made it clear that my business mattered. I'm a hard person to please, especially when it comes to service and follow-through, but Brandon impressed me from start to finish. He was professional, personable, and took the time to explain everything. His handshake was firm, and the way he spoke let me know he was serious about following through. And he absolutely did. He helped me navigate the insurance process, answered all my questions with patience, and never once pressured me. Everything I asked for, he delivered, and the price was very reasonable. Once the project started, Nicholas Whitaker, the project manager, stepped in and kept everything moving smoothly. Between the two of them, the whole process was efficient, stress-free, and done right. If you're looking for someone who actually does what they say, treats you with respect, and delivers quality work, I highly recommend Flagstone Roofing and Exteriors. Brandon and Nicholas did an excellent job, and that’s not easy praise coming from me.

After a hail storm, I had tons of people knocking on my door, and I was super hesitant to go through the process, but after meeting with Justin and hearing his explanation and doing my research on him, I decided to work with him. BEWARE- LEAKING ROOF WITHIN A YEAR AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! First of all, I was supposed to warn you a year ago about the headache I had when I first got my roof done by Flagstone. The owner Justin came to my house upselling the material quality and pressuring me to give a 5 star review before I had my true experience. I’m sure all “ high rating” on Google is all premature to get a discount and not true reviews. The whole roof install process was a headache for me. The project manager tried to deliver lower quality shingles but thank goodness I was home because they were going to install the wrong material in my roof and then as for forgiveness afterwards when it was too late! I had to act as project manager through the whole damn project!! They finally delivered the right shingles but during install realized they didn’t order enough. It was flagstones mishap and not the 3rd party contractors that didn’t order the correct amount. Come a little over a year that I had this new roof, my son was screaming that there was water falling from the ceiling into our living room. I was so livid because I lost my peace of mind and realized that the install was not done right! I called Flagstone at 7 am to notify them of this situation to be given attitude by saying it was too early to be calling. Flagstone blamed the sub contractor who sent out two guys to plug the whole with silicone. The next day I had more leaking so they sent out two different guys to replace the poorly installed shingles. Again, I was glad I was home because they were going to replace the old shingles with different quality!! I reached out to the project manager and the team about my disappointment but they totally ignored me!! Save your hard earned money and peace of mind and don’t go to them!!

I was hesitant to file an insurance claim, but Justin made the entire process easy. He walked me through everything, showed me clear photos of the hail damage on my roof, and worked directly with my insurance company to get the project fully approved. My roof was nearly 20 years old, so this couldn’t have come at a better time. I'd recommend Flagstone Roofing to anyone needing a trustworthy and professional roofing company!
