She listens to my needs and helps adapt my treatment to my lifestyle. I’m so grateful to have found a practice close to home that feels comfortable and welcoming.

Nicole Kushman is THE BEST PT. I was unwell with imbalance issues, hearing and vision issues and headaches and no one even now knows the cause of all this. Nicole was definitely heaven-sent even though I was referred to connections therapy without a diagnosis, she did research, tried everything to make the symptoms I was presenting better. My copay was high but the dedication, care, kindness, compassion she gave and going above and beyond for me was well worth it. Nicole, provides exercises and therapy that helped a lot where there was improvement in my imbalance issues and even provided me with at home exercises. She recommended getting some tests done to help her provide the right exercises and therapy and was unable to reach the Neurology Dept at UMass and was it not for her effort, I don't think I would've had any of those tests done. I'd also like to thank Liz for all she does. Very understanding and also very helpful in schedule changes when necessary. Nicole, may God bless you abundantly. Thank you for everything and making this experience lighter in days that were so heavy, thank you for your patience, compassion and care. I cannot stress enough how wonderful everyone is here. I started at the Oxford location a year ago and then moved to the Worcester location. Everyone is always very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. As soon as you walk off the elevator you have Liz welcoming you with a smile and a warm and caring hello. Now the therapist, I have 3 that work with me on a weekly basis, Yoselin, Justina and Sarah. I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful they are to work with. They are kind, very knowledgeable, and just are the best human beings! They make sure that you’re comfortable with the plan they put in place for your treatment and always treat you with the utmost respect!

Connections Therapy is amazing! So grateful I was recommended by my home care services! I would recommend this place to anyone in need of GREAT PT/OT services. FYI You are guaranteed 40min visits, that extra 10min CAN&WILL make a difference in your recovery-(my belief)! They are so good for ALL PT/OT but they are exceptionally good and very KNOWLEDGEABLE on the NEUROLOGICAL aspect of the body. Especially for SPINAL CORD INJURIES (my issue), MS, and STROKES! They have great OT for ADL’s/ PELVIC FLOOR . THEY ALSO PROVIDE -DRY NEEDLING… WHICH HELPS/WORKS TO “break up and wake up our muscles that may be in knots or very tight ! IT REALLY HELPS WITH THE PAIN! ALL OF THE THERAPISTS ARE AMAZING! I’ve been coming here for over 1 year due to having a failed back surgery, I came out not walking, BUT with the HELP, HARD WORK and KNOWLEDGE of everyone at CONNECTIONS PT has given to me plus ALL THE HARD WORK I PUT IN DAY IN AND DAY OUT I AM NOW WALKING!! So I can continue moving about. Remember, if you don’t use it…you will lose it!!! The body is like that. So please don’t be quick to blame the “place” or the “Therapist” “because they give us the tools&exercises to continue at home for a reason! Hands down the best therapy office yet, I’ve been dealing with my medical issues for 20+ years..best PT/OT facilities around! 10/10
