Not one thing showed up damaged and some of the things we were shipping were extremely fragile. We almost sold them because we felt they would for sure be damaged. Schmidt said they could handle it and they were telling the truth. They constantly kept me informed on the progress of the move. Whole thing took about a month to reach Great Britain. Schmidt did a good job packing up and shipping our stuff. The only problem is that their 3-4 week estimate turned into about 7-8 weeks. It was really hard to live without all our household stuff, especially with 2 kids going back to school. But they told us it was because of covid and border issues (we shipped stuff from California to Ontario, Canada) so maybe there really was nothing they could do about it.
