I'd 100% recommend Sharon to people buying homes in Vegas. I'm a first time home buyer and Sharon did an amazing job of guiding me through the process and finding potential homes that fit my needs. We recently closed on a house and she was so transparent and helpful the entire time. I was out of town for most of the time I was searching and closing on the house, but Sharon was very accommodating and walked me through things remotely when necessary. When I was in town to visit listings, she always came prepared with a wealth of knowledge of the homes and areas we'd visit. I always appreciated her honesty and patience when I'd ask her opinions of homes, prices, features, and anything else I could think of (since I'm new to home buying and had a ton of questions). Sharon was absolutely amazing!! She listened to our key items we needed, went above and beyond to look for places that others probably wouldn’t have, and was extremely responsive. The best part of this entire experience is that she took the time with us to make sure we understood everything. We are definitely not easy to deal with and had a million questions that she somehow managed to answer and stayed professional the entire time. She would give us options but reminded us of our initial intentions and goals to why we were buying a home (that we told her when we first met her).
